There is more to healthy weight loss than just diets.

Starting a diet without checking it out to see if it is right for you is like playing Russian roulette with your health. Weight loss is not rocket science. It is easy to put together a system that will usually result in the scale showing that you are lighter, at least in the short term, but will dropping those excess pounds this way permanently damage your health?
And how do you keep the weight from coming back, leaving you worse off than if you never started the new best diet plan?
